Hello Year 12s,

You should all have a blog now, there is a link to your blog on our home page. Please check the the list below to make sure that you are uptodate.

Checklist:

• Created your blog
• Share your research PowerPoint on slideshare. (make sure you put RESEARCH into the label at the bottom).
• Create a flat plan for your school publication (preliminary task)
• Complete a colour chart- showing a range of different colours that you researched.
• Create a font list, what font did you decide to choose? Why?

For each of the tasks above you need to add an explanation for your choices and the processes that you went through.

Remember, you need to be updating your blogs WEEKLY, I will be checking each week on a Friday to ensure this is complete.There will be sanctions if this isn't completed, because the exam board will expect at least one post a week.

You need to start adding your production diary e.g. On Tuesday 17th September, I completed my flat plan, I decided to use blue and black to appeal to my target audience etc.

*Top Tip* When uploading, write your post on a word document to back up your blog and to spell check.
