Teacher Update

Good Morning Year 12s,

Your blogs are looking great! Just a quick update to inform you that Mr Barlow will be teaching you for four hours now and I will only be teaching you for one hour.

However, this does not mean that I will not be keeping an eye on your weekly uploads (on a Friday) and issuing penalty points or reward points for missed or great work.

I am free periods 5 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday if you would like to come and use the Macs or speak to me.

Thanks all,

Miss Beckles

Updates- H/W

Year 12s,

Your homework this week is to complete your production schedule for this week (by Friday afternoon). Remember to include your effort in the mock exam and working towards completing your mood boards/ style plan.

Well done for all of your efforts, Mr Barlow and I are very impressed with the effort that you are putting in and the additional tasks that you're completing.

Reminder- next Friday 22nd November 2013 you will be having a workshop on photoshop. So, make sure that you are there and on time. I will remind you next week.

Thanks all,

Miss Beckles

Updates- W/C 4th November 2013

Year 12s,

This is a reminder that next week Tuesday you will be having the second of your five mock assessments.

As previously, we will be focusing on your coursework rather than an actual exam.

The exam will involve you pitching your idea for your final production, drawing a mock up/ flat plan and evaluating your work.

So, please come to the exam with some ideas for the above.

Also, well done to Sanusia this week for being the star of the week- she has uploaded three or more posts and an update for extra marks.

Take a look at her update for inspiration!

Star or the week!

Hello Year 12s,

I hope you've had a productive week off- I would just like to draw your attention to Henaz's blog.

She has had the most uploads this week and the quality of her week is 'excellent', please be inspired!

I will be posting a new student each week as exemplary and giving them a positive entry for their effort.

See you all on Tuesday- don't forget to upload your pictures!
